What are your rates?
Our rates vary based on the service you are interested in. All of our rates are on our located on our "Services & Therapies" page and can be found under each individual service.
What services do you offer?
Each massage is specifically crafted for each of our clients—from light pressure to deep tissue. We offer Swedish, deep tissue, sport, Reiki, Shiatsu, chair massage, couples massage, and more. We offer an extensive variety of massage techniques, which address your specific needs to help you feel better. Massage therapists have extensive training which includes massage technique, anatomy and physiology, and knowledge of when and when not to massage. In addition, most of our massage therapists have advanced training in one or more specialized types of massage. Your massage therapist will be happy to answer any questions.

We are located at 670 Franklin Street, Suite 202, Schenectady NY 12305. We are conveniently located near City Hall, Proctors and Union College. Free Parking lot.
How long does a session typically last?
A session can typically last from 20 minutes to 120 minutes, depending on the service. During stressful times, it’s natural to expend a great deal of mental energy. High levels of stress often short-circuit our bodies natural healing response.
What should I do if I have a health condition?
If you have a health condition of any kind, let your therapist know on your initial health history form and they will take the proper precautions to assist you and make you as comfortable as possible during your massage. Speak up if you feel too hot or cold, feel uncomfortable, are in pain, have questions, or forgot to mention any health issues during the initial health history form, or if something changes by your next massage.
Where can I see each therapist's certifications before I book a massage?
Each therapist has their bio and certifications listed under, "Therapists." All of our therapists are fully NYS licensed and experienced professionals with a range of specialties and focuses.
How do I cancel an appointment?
If need be, your appointment can be canceled directly with the LMT that you are scheduled with. We do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you come on with a cold or condition, please reschedule your appointment and the 24-hour policy will be void. Thank you.

If I am sick with the flu or cold (or other), should I still come to my session?
No, thank you. If you are still in the early stages of sickness, please do not come into a session. Please call our number to cancel or reschedule your session and let your massage therapist know your situation to have your session re-scheduled.
Should I talk during my session?
You can talk during your session if it makes you comfortable. It is also okay to not speak if you are more comfortable not speaking. You will be in a calm and relaxing atmosphere, so it is up to you to do what makes you as comfortable as possible.
