New addition  to Healing Path

We are pleased to welcome Art Lindemanis LMT to our list of massage therapists at Healing Path. Art is a Schenectady native who has been practicing therapeutic massage out of the state and is now back in New York to practice. We are pleased to have someone with his 12 years of experience join us.

Art also sells his own cd's, which will be on sale at the Greenmarket every other Sunday and at the Farmers Market every other Thursday. Both markets are at the corner of Jay and Franklin around City Hall. \

Corporate Yoga   Jean Sefcovic would love the opportunity to provide your office a special service.  She is a certified and experienced yoga teacher since 2003. Jean will travel to your local business or school. You can offer employees the convenience of not having to leave work or school for a yoga experience.

What Jean will provide:
* 8 or 10 week sessions of Yoga Instruction
* Music
* A fully qualified instructor
* A program customized to your staff

You provide:
* Participants
* Space in your office for a yoga class
* 60 minutes for yoga class and relaxation at the end or beginning of the day.

Schenectady Greenmarket

                          The market is on Sunday from 10:00 till 2:00 pm year round.

It's a great market, lots of good vegies, bread, crafts, music and more.

In winter, it is located indoors, on two floors, by Proctors Box Office .

In the summer we are by city hall on the corner of Franklin and Jay Steets.

The summer session is May  through October, Winter November through April.

We will be at the Summer market every Sunday starting May 23rd.

We are there offering $1 per minute chair massage.

It's a great way to get rejuvenated in the middle of your day!

it brings everyone out.
